The Belin-Blank Talent Development Fellowship Program is a residential summer program at the University of Iowa for educators committed to talent development in their schools and communities.

Program Goals

Fellows will:

  • Learn about current research and best practices in gifted education
  • Explore strategies for identifying and serving gifted students
  • Apply new knowledge to their own educational settings
  • Reflect on their practice and develop action plans
  • Network with fellow educators and Belin-Blank Center staff

How to Apply

Applications are submitted online through Qualtrics. The application includes a personal statement, description of your educational setting, and goals for the fellowship.
